“If we are referring to the shipping laws, then the Bali could not get anything. Therefore we will create a specific management model for the Tanah Ampo that can bring in revenue for the region,” said Head of Transport Department of Communication and Information (Dishubkominfo) Made Santha.
It is said, the physical condition of the port of Tanah ampo today, especially about 65-68 percent of land settlement. While the arrangement of the sea reaches 80 percent.
However, Santha said, that port should be operational by 2011 with minimum requirements.
“Now we’re adding the pier arrangement, such as the addition of the lighthouse, signs, tires and other safeguards for the port,” said Santha
